Friday MLB Parlay Analysis

Detroit Tigers vs Miami Marlins, 6:41 PM ET

LEG 1: Luis Arraez 1+ Hit (-275) with Bet365

The first leg of this hit parlay sends to Miami where we are backing the guy who leads the majors in batting average, Luis Arraez.

Truthfully, I could end the analysis there, but I’ll give you a little more. Arraez is batting .376 on the season. In July, he’s seen a little regression only batting .325 but that’s still a ridiculous average.

Arraez doesn’t swing & miss, hence his 100th Percentile in Whiff%. Reese Olson will start vs. him. Olson is solid, but sometimes struggles with getting guys to chase. He will leave pitches in the zone for Arraez to deal with.

Luis will get things kicked off with a hit. We believe in you, man.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Pittsburgh Pirates, 7:06 PM ET

LEG 2: Trea Turner 1+ Hit (-300) with Bet365

The second leg of this parlay involves a hitter who has helped cash several of these hits parlays all year. That would be Trea Turner.

Trea and the Phillies face off against Mitch Keller and the Pirates. Mitch Keller has allowed 8+ hits in three out of his last four games.

On the season, Turner is only hitting .245 this season but that hasn’t scared us from backing him this year. Trea specializes in putting the ball in play and hitting the baseball where the defense isn’t. 

Trea is hitless in his last two games. That streak ends today in Pittsburgh.

Texas Rangers vs San Diego Padres, 9:41 PM ET

LEG 3: Xander Bogaerts 1+ Hit (-210) with Bet365

Take us home, Xander Bogaerts. The Padres will be back at home facing Dane Dunning and the Rangers.

Xander had a hot start to the season, then cooled off, and is now getting heated up again batting .288 in July.

Bogaerts is quietly on an eight-game hit streak, as well as having a hit in 13 of his last 14 games.

He will face Dane Dunning, who he has experience against. Bogaerts is 5-9 lifetime against Dunning. I love those splits.
