MLB Best Bet Parlay For Friday, August 25
Friday MLB Parlay Analysis
New York Yankees vs Tampa Bay Rays, 6:41 PM ET
LEG 1: Yandy Diaz 1+ Hit (-225) with Bet365
On Wednesday, our hit parlay was too easy. 2 of the guys hit homers, 1 hit a double, cashing the +168 Parlay with ease. Today, the Hit Parlay brings in a solid +157 value. Let’s dive right in.
Yandy Diaz will be the 1st Leg. He has the tough matchup of seeing the Yankees ace, Gerrit Cole. He’s seen him plenty though: 48 total at-bats, with 13 hits and a solid .271 batting average.
Yandy had not just 1, but 2 hits in 6 straight games prior to yesterday’s 0-4 game vs. Colorado. I fully expect him to bounce back and not have 2 straight 0-4 days.
He should bat at the top of the lineup and get plenty of chances vs. Cole & the Yankees bullpen.
Colorado Rockies vs Baltimore Orioles, 7:06 PM ET
LEG 2: Ryan Mountcastle 1+ Hits (-350) with Bet365
The 2nd Leg of the Parlay goes to Ryan Mountcastle. If you’re looking for better odds on the hit parlay, we love Ryan to get 2+ bases today too, but we will settle for just 1.
Ryan gets the opportunity to face a lefty in Kyle Freeland today. Not only is Ryan batting .347 vs. lefties this season, Freeland is also struggling vs. right-handed batters, allowing a .310 batting average.
Ryan is batting .359 in August. He’s cooled off a tad over the past week, but coming off an 0-4 game last night, I fully expect him to bounce back with a vengeance here today.
Don’t be surprised if Ryan sends a ball into the bleachers in left field for us today!

San Diego Padres vs Milwaukee Brewers, 8:11 PM ET
LEG 3: Christian Yelich 1+ Hit (-260) with Bet365
The Final Leg of this hit parlay is Christian Yelich to record a hit. He is one of the best hitters at home this year and gives us a really great chance of cashing this parlay.
At home, Yelich is hitting a ridiculous .298 on the year. Today he faces Yu Darvish and the Padres.
Yelich is 4-22 in his career vs. Darvish, but those previous years don’t equate to the type of hitter Yelich is this year. If there’s any weakness to Darvish this year, it’s left-handed batters.
Against lefties, Darvish is allowing a .272 batting average compared to only a .237 batting average to righties. The good news for us is that Yelich is lefty.
Yelich should get plenty of pitches to hit today facing a K specialist like Darvish. He just needs to get one to drop for us and I think he will do just that!
