Best NBA Bets Today - Christmas Day

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Boston Celtics, 5:00PM ET

The Bucks and Celtics just might play in the Eastern Conference Finals when it's all said and done, as these are currently the best teams the conference has to offer. However, we just don't see Boston letting this one slip away against Milwaukee on Christmas Day.

Khris Middleton is dealing with knee soreness for the Bucks and it just doesn't seem like he'll be out there for this one — and he'd likely be compromised if he ended up playing. With Middleton out, it's hard to bet on Milwaukee in this game, as Boston is loaded on the wing with players that can get the job done on both ends of the floor.

The Celtics also got their struggles out of their system in a 12-point home win over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday. Boston had lost three in a row before that one, so it was nice to see this team returning to form — especially considering Milwaukee has lost back-to-back games.

It's never fun betting against Giannis Antetokounmpo, but it simply has to be done here. Milwaukee is 1-10 against the spread when playing its fourth road game in seven days over the last three seasons. The team has also lost those games by an average of 8.4 points per game. So, the Bucks could be tired here.

BET: Celtics -4.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Golden State Warriors, 8:00PM ET

We won't go into this one at the lengths we did for the one before, as this is just a really simple game for us to pick. The Warriors might be playing at home in this matchup, but it's just not fair to ask them to beat an elite Grizzlies team without Steph Curry — especially now that Memphis is back at full strength after having gotten Desmond Bane back in a blowout win over the Phoenix Suns on Friday. Also, Golden State could opt to rest some other players, as the Warriors are pretty banged up right now.

This Grizzlies team is also just tenacious in every way, even when playing against shorthanded teams. They took it right to the Suns on Friday and were talking trash all game, despite the fact that Phoenix was without Devin Booker. There might not be a team in the league that enjoys winning the way this Memphis squad does, and we think this group will be motivated to put on a show on the national stage. Also, the Grizzlies are 48-30 ATS as favorites over the last two seasons and have won those games by an average of 9.5 points per game. They're also 21-6 ATS against Pacific division opponents in that time.

BET: Grizzlies -4.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.

Phoenix Suns vs. Denver Nuggets, 10:30PM ET

The Suns will reportedly have Booker in this game, but we like the Nuggets at this number. The reality is that Phoenix head coach Monty Williams raised his hand and called himself the reason Booker got injured, as he played him heavy minutes after the star shooting guard returned from a hamstring injury. With that in mind, Booker very likely won't be playing 38+ minutes here.

The Suns have also just been miserable as of late, so they shouldn't be trusted to win a big game on the road — where they have struggled all year. Meanwhile, the Nuggets are 11-3 at home this season, and they currently sit atop the Western Conference standings. This is a very good basketball team that is now at full strength after getting Michael Porter Jr. back from an injury. That's why it's shocking to see this number so low. Phoenix has no business winning this game or keeping it this close.

BET: Nuggets -3.5 (-110) with DraftKings ➡️ here ⬅️.
