2021 PGA Golf Championship at Kiawah: Preview, Picks, Parlays and Bets - Who Will Win The 2021 PGA Championship?

Major golf has returned and this time we've got the 2021 PGA Championship at the Ocean Course on Kiawah Island. With major golf of course comes more people looking to bet on the outcome, so scroll down for our three favorite outright winner picks for this week!

We've gone through this week's PGA Championship field and found three guys that we like to win this golf tournament, varying from one of the top favorites, who still represents good value at shorter odds, down to some nice value on a couple of stars that look set for big weeks at longer odds! We also show you the best sportsbook promos to play.

With crowds back and almost every big name out there for the 2021 PGA Championship at Kiawah, we're set for an awesome four days of golf and betting. As we do each and every tournament, we provide you with our best golf picks for outright winner, as well as some in-play picks throughout.

For a full break down of the Ocean Course at Kiawah, check out Prospector Sam's preview.

Let's get into our best bets for this week โฌ‡๏ธ

PGA Championship Promo Play๐Ÿ’ฐ

2021 PGA Championship Top Pick ๐Ÿ†

Jordan Spieth (+1600 or 16/1)

Bet $10, win $160 with PointsBet

It's time. Jordan Spieth is back to playing consistently great golf across the board and looks primed to finally secure the career slam, after winning the other three majors back in 2015 and 2017.

Back when Spieth was the dominant force in golf, he had his best PGA Championship result, finishing in second place behind Aussie Jason Day at Whistling Straits.

For the first time since 2017, the former world number one looks in complete control of his game, making him our top pick for the 2021 PGA Championship.

If you need any more convincing that he should be the favorite this week, check out his results since missing the cut at the Farmers Insurance back in January: T4, T3, T15, T4, T48, ๐Ÿ† (Valero), T3 (Masters), T9.

If you're betting on an outright winner this week (why wouldn't you be?!) then you'd be crazy to do it anywhere other than PointsBet.

Place a $25 bet on someone to win this week (i.e. Spieth) and if your player finishes 2nd โ€“ 10th, you'll get your money back in free bets!

Sign up to PointsBet here to earn $100 of bonus bets when you deposit $50!

BONUS PICK:

At the start of the year in our 2021 majors preview, we put forward Jon Rahm as our top pick, so hopefully you've already got a little bit of coin riding on the Spaniard, who we still rate as a big chance of winning this week.

2021 PGA Championship Value Bet ๐Ÿ’ฐ

Collin Morikawa (+2500 or 25/1)

Bet $10, win $250 with BetMGM

Next up we've goth the reigning champ in 24-year-old superstar, Collin Morikawa.

Morikawa took the tournament by storm last year, pulling through with a massive Sunday to secure his first major victory, highlighted by an eagle on the 16th after a monster drive.

A guy whose game suits second-shot courses, Morikawa will likely be a threat at most PGA Championship venues for decades to come.

Coming off the win last season, 25/1 is simply too good to turn down on a guy that should be really confident coming into the week.

BONUS PICK:

In addition to Morikawa, another value play that has caught our eye is Brooks Koepka. The 2018 & 2019 PGA champ is a bit rusty right now and just missed the cut at the Byron Nelson, but in saying that, he'd also missed the cut three straight times before winning the Phoenix Open back in February.

Koepka is one of the players that undeniably gets better under the pressure of a big tournament and with more crowd noise (see the Phoenix win) and could again shoot his way up the leaderboard this week, with the best odds out there for him currently 40/1(!!) with DraftKings Sportsbook.

PGA Championship Dark Horse ๐Ÿ”ฎ

Tony Finau (+4000 or 40/1)

Bet $10, win $400 with DraftKings Sportsbook

Top-5 Tony is back in our picks and it feels good! It's always hard to back a guy who just can not seem to get over the line (no wins since 2016) but it would be even harder to see him win at these odds and not be on it!

One of the most talented golfers in the world, Finau has the potential to win a tournament like this in an absolute romp if he gets it going on all four days, with the ability to bully any course out there.

Listen to the Tail and Print Podcast

Finau put in a strong showing at last year's PGA Championship finishing in a tie for 4th, which was his ninth (!!) Top-10 finish at a major championship.

Even though many see this as a worry that he can get close but not win, we're looking at it with a glass half full approach, where he's clearly getting himself into good spots and into contention.

These Top-10 finishes will add up eventually and he will get that dub. And frankly, we're not gonna miss out if it happens at 40/1 odds!

BONUS PICK:

This one is purely a value play, with 2015 champ Jason Day coming in at odds as high as +11000 with some books. The Aussie also finished in a tie for fourth last year!

Check out Finau's impressive final round at the 2020 tournament here๐Ÿ‘‡
