Dimers Big Game Night Contest Terms

These Official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Dimers Big Game Night Contest (the “Contest”). By entering or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of Dimers, which are final and binding in all respects.

The Contest is sponsored by iRival Media LLC, operating as Dimers (“Sponsor,” “Dimers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League (NFL), Apple, Google, or any other third party.

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, February 2, 2026, and ends at 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, February 8, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

All entries must be submitted prior to the Contest lock time of 6:00 PM ET on February 8, 2026.

The Contest is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

• Are legal residents of the United States

• Are 21 years of age or older

• Are active Dimers Pro subscribers

• Have downloaded and are using the Dimers mobile app (available on iOS and Android)

• Submit a valid entry before the Contest lock time

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter the Contest:

1. Open the Dimers app during the Contest Period

2. Opt-in to participate in the Contest

3. Complete and submit answers to six (6) contest questions plus one (1) tiebreaker question related to the NFL Championship game between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks

4. Submit picks prior to 6:00 PM ET on February 8, 2026

Sponsor will store entrant account IDs for purposes of contest administration, verification, and prize fulfillment.

Limit one (1) entry per user.

Participants will receive:

• One (1) point for each correct answer to the six (6) primary contest questions

• Maximum possible score: 6 points

The entrant with the highest total score will be declared the winner.

Sponsor’s scoring and determination of correct answers are final.

If two (2) or more entrants are tied for the highest score:

1. The tiebreaker question will be used to determine the winner.

2. The winner will be the entrant whose tiebreaker prediction is closest to the correct total points scored in the Championship game without going over.

3. If multiple entrants remain tied after applying the tiebreaker, Sponsor will determine the winner by a random draw among the remaining tied entrants.

All decisions made by Sponsor are final and binding.

One (1) winner will receive:

• $500 USD cash, delivered to user via Pre-paid gift card by email

• Three (3) months of Dimers Pro subscription free

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $575 USD

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner is responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

The potential winner will be notified by Monday, February 9, 2026, via the email address associated with their Dimers account.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Only one entry per user is permitted.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant it believes has:

• Submitted multiple entries

• Manipulated the entry process

• Engaged in cheating, fraud, or unfair conduct

• Violated these Terms

All disqualification decisions are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Participation in the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information collected will be used for contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, app downtime, or other errors beyond its reasonable control.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.

This Contest is governed by applicable U.S. laws. All disputes shall be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner information may be made available upon request after the Contest concludes, subject to applicable privacy laws.
